Jay T. Levitt
Attorney Jay T. Levitt practices personal injury and business law with the Beverly Hills law firm of Levitt, Leichenger & Aberle. With over 25 years of legal experience, Mr. Levitt has handled a multitude of cases arising out of automobile, motorcycle, and bicycle accidents, premises liability cases arising out of negligence and unsafe property, and instances of medical malpractice. Mr. Levitt's business law experience includes resolving contract disputes and a variety of business torts, such as fraud and unfair practices, covenants not to compete, and trade secrets.
Mr. Levitt attended the University of California at Santa Barbara, receiving his B.A. degree in 1980, and earned his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in 1983. While in law school, he served as the Note and Comment Editor of the Hastings Journal of Communications and Entertainment Law.
Mr. Levitt's professional affiliations include the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the American Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in all state courts throughout California.
