Born in Chicago, Mr. Leichenger received his B.A. degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1980 and received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1983, where he served as the Senior Research Editor of Hastings Journal of Communications and Entertainment Law from 1982-1983. 

 

Mr. Leichenger was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 1983 and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts in California (Central, Northern and Eastern Districts). After law school, Mr. Leichenger served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert P. Aguilar, United States District Court, Northern District of California. 

 

Mr. Leichenger is a member of the Litigation and Labor and Employment sections of the State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. 

 

Mr. Leichenger’s practice emphasizes all areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, employment issues and business litigation. He has tried numerous cases with outstanding results.
