David B. Leichenger's practice emphasizes all areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, and business litigation, and he has achieved outstanding results at trial in all of these areas. He received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1983, where he served as the Senior Research Editor of the Hastings Journal of Communications and Entertainment Law. Mr. Leichenger obtained his B.A. degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1980.
Mr. Leichenger was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 1983 and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts in California (Central, Northern, and Eastern Districts). After law school, Mr. Leichenger served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert P. Aguilar, United States District Court, Northern District of California.
Mr. Leichenger is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
